At Sheetal Batra, we strive to ensure your luxury couture experience is seamless, offering exchanges or store credit for items returned in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-tailored pieces and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

    Initiate Request

    Email our concierge team at support@sheetalbatra.com with your order number and high-resolution images of the garment to initiate the approval process.

    Quality Approval

    Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the garment meets our eligibility criteria for exchange or credit.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original brand packaging, including all designer tags, dust bags, and the original invoice.

  • 4.
    Shipment & Processing

    Dispatch the package via a tracked courier service to our flagship studio; upon receipt and inspection, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
