Domestic orders within India typically take 3-4 weeks for delivery as each piece is made-to-order. International shipping may take 4-6 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship Sheetal Batra creations worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I request customizations to a design?
We do offer minor customizations such as sleeve length, neckline depth, or color variations on select styles. Please contact our concierge team via WhatsApp or email before placing your order to discuss your requirements.
What is your return and exchange policy?
As our garments are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged condition. In case of manufacturing defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To preserve the intricate embroidery and delicate fabrics, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only for all our outfits. Store them in a cool, dry place inside the provided garment bags.
